HOURS OF OPERATION

 The Reception is open 24 hours a day. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question, emergency or need any assistance.

CHECK IN

The check in time is at 15:00 hrs. We can accommodate early arrivals, but this will be based on the hotel’s occupancy availability and are never a guarantee.

CHECK OUT  

In consideration to the expected arrival clients, weask you please to consider leaving the room at 12:00 hrs. Otherwise, there will be a charge of an additional night, charge added to your guest folio. Also, if you wish and the availability allows it, you may opt for a late check-out. (Check prices per hour at the reception).

Our checkout time is at 12:00 hrs. If you like to request a late checkout at additional charge, please coordinate with the Front Desk.

If the room is not vacated by 12PM without a late checkout, we will charge an additional one-night stay to your guest folio. Late check-out are subject to the hotel’s availability**

After checking out, you can stay at the premises until your pickup time. If you want to take a shower or get dressed, please ask to the Front Desk clerk for the courtesy room.

To make easier the check out process, please go to the Reception the night previous to the departure to pay any bill, in this way the check out will be faster. You will receive a check-out ticket to be given to the bell man when leaving the hotel.

To ensure a smooth check-out, we recommend you go to the Front Desk the night before your departure and settle any incidental charges you may have accrued during your stay. You will receive a checkout ticket that must be given to the bellman upon departing.

LUGGAGE / SUITCASES 

On your checkout day, if you need assistance with your luggage, contact the Front Desk at least 2 hours in advance.To facilitate your luggage pickup, you may leave it inside the room next to the main door.  

At the Lobby, there is a luggage room that you can use until your transportation arrives. You can ask the Bellmen staff for this service.

BRACELETS 

The bracelets identify you as a guest of Punta Cana Princess, therefore, their use is mandatory in order to enjoy your All-Inclusive package.

In case it gets broken, please approach the Front Desk with the broken one; there you will receive a new one (It is essential to have the broken one physically). If you do not show up with the broken bracelet, you will be charged the corresponding amount.(Check the price at the reception). Our staff is authorized to request information to any person inside the complex without a bracelet.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in the proper compliance of this important control andsafety policy. 

LOST AND FOUND SERVICE

In case you find any valuable item, we kindly ask you deliver it to our Guest Service department. If you lose any item, please contact our Guest Service team at Ext. 5000. 

BEACH AND POOL TOWELS  

When checking in,you will receive a beach/pool towel card per person in the reservation. Each card should be exchanged for towels at the animation stand located at the beach. On your check-out day, please remember to return the towel cards to the reception. If you have unfortunately lost a card, the amount of US$25.00 will be chargedto your account.

* The use of room (white) towels isforbidden in common areas.  

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS 

  • Do not consume tap water; you must drink onlythe water served at restaurants, bars or bottled water.  
  • Confirm your departure with your representative at least the night prior the check-out day.
  • Use mosquito repellent.  
  • Use sunscreen constantly. 
  • If you have any allergies or maintain a special regime, please make the Guest Services team aware. 
  •  The consumption of shellfish might produce allergic reactions, please be aware if you are sensible to this product.
