MEDICAL SERVICE

The medical service is available 24 hours a day. They accept travel insurance and credit cards. The expenses must be paid directly to the Doctor. For any urgency dial “Guest Service EXT: 5000 or the Operator 0”. 

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange money, you should go tothe Front Desk.This Service is available 24 hours. We also have an ATM located next to the stores; there you can withdraw Dominican pesos only. Important: this ATM is governed by the provider bank.

STORES

If you need to buy clothes, souvenirs or groceries, near the Lobby we have a commercial area where you can find a wide variety of items to meet your needs. Open from 8:00 hrs to 22:30 hrs

CATHOLIC MASS

Mass is every Sunday at 16 hrs, At Caribe Deluxe Princess.

TAXI

For your safety, we ask you to take only authorized taxis. If you need this service, you can request it directly with the Guest Service Department.
