ROOM CLEANING

Cleaning service is done daily between 8:30am to 5:00pm. If you like to request a specific time, please contact our Guest Services department and they will coordinate with Housekeeping. We fight hardly to reduce theimpact to the environment,and we support the global effort to save energy, therefore we kindly ask your collaboration to use the towels more than once, otherwise, place them on the jacuzzi to be changed.  

A/C AND ELECTRICITY  

In compliance with our 360 Environmental Program, we have an energy conservation system which is activated by motion sensors.The standard temperaturein the room will be approximately 23º C. We appreciate if you keep the mainand terrace door fully closed for proper operation.  

The voltage in the facilities is 110 volts and 60hz. There are adapters available for purchase in the Gift Shop.

MINI BAR

The in room mini bar is replenished daily. It includes water, soft drink and beers. Extra beers are available at an additional cost**.

COFFEE MAKER

There is a coffee maker in your room. We recommend you always use bottled water to prepare coffee or infusions. Coffee and condiments are replenished daily.

IRONING
For your convenience there is an iron and ironing board inside the closet. 

TELEVISION

You can enjoy a variety of national and international TV channels in different languages with news, movies, music, adult, documental, sports and entertainment. 

WAKE-UP CALL SERVICE
If you wish to be awaken at a specific time, you can request this service to our Operator by dialing “0 -information".   

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX

For your tranquility and convenience, you will find asafety deposit box in the room, this serviceis included.

→HOW TO USE IT: Enter your personal 4-digit code plus the numeric symbol (#), with this password, the safe will automatically close.To open it, just type the same 4 digits. Although the room is a safe place, we recommend you keep all valuables items in the safe box, as the Punta Cana Princess cannot be held responsible for lost items.

LAUNDRY

If you need wash and fold services, please fill out the laundry form that’s in the closet and place it in the bag on the bed with the clothes you want to send. Please dial “Guest Service EXT: 5000” between 8:00to 17:00 hrs to pick up your clothes, which will be returned in 24hours. or the same day if you want the express service at extra cost.

* The Laundry service is not included and will be charged toyour room bill.

**Laundry is not part of the all-inclusive package. The use of this service will be added to your room bill
